You’ll need their date of birth and a valid SSN to add them to coverage• Enroll online on ADP • Submit your elections by 11:59pm EST on November 22nd. • Be sure to print or save your confirmation page!! This is an active enrollment, so you must log into ADP and re-elect your benefits for the 2025 plan year. It is important you verify all your elections in ADP prior to Open Enrollment closing. Each year, you must re-elect FSA & HSA pre-tax deferrals in 2025- they will not roll over.

Spending Accounts
What to expect? 1/1/2025, cards will be turned off. Employees can process claims manually via online, mobile and over the phone. FSA accounts: • You will continue to file eligible 2024 expenses through Navia for your 90-day run out period- March 31, 2025 deadline!• Your Navia rollover funds will be available in P&A Group ~June/July• You will still have access to your online portal for up to 2 years. HSA accounts: • You have the option to rollover your funds to the new vendor. • Deadline to transfer is January 20th, 2025. • If you decide not to transfer your funds– you will be mailed a new debit card and information from Wealthcare Savers.– you will be charged for any ongoing account maintenance fees.
