expenses.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Save tax dollars and receive an advanced loan to assist with qualified
expenses with an FSA. Determine your per paycheck contribution in the
beginning of the year, and then spend those funds on qualified health
expenses or dependent care expenses as needed before the plan year
ends.

You are eligible for benefits as a full-time
employee working at least 30 hours per
week. Coverage begins on the first day of
the month following your date of hire.
Have a family? You can also cover your
spouse or domestic partner and children to
age 26.
Eligibility for benefits
You do your best work when you can be
your best self. We provide time away to
relax, recharge, and take care of your life
outside of work.
All Salaried Exempt employees (Corporate
& Retail) are on a Flexible PTO Policy. Our
hourly employees are eligible to accrue up
to 16 days of PTO up to a maximum accrual
of 1.5x annual to 24 days. Additionally, our
Full-time Retail team members will be
receiving an annual grant of 72 hours of
paid sick leave on January 1 of each year,
up to a maximum annual cap of 72 hours.

Medical coverage
Choose from three medical plans: two Cigna PPOs and one Kaiser HMO
(CA only). Our plans use either the Cigna Open Access Plus Network or
the Kaiser HMO Network (CA only) and cover in-network preventive care
at 100%.

Care for your smile and your eyes with regular dental and vision check-
ups. Dental in-network preventative care includes 4 cleanings per year at
no cost! In addition, we offer 2 vision coverage options to choose from to
best fit your vision needs.
Dental & vision coverage
If you're not able to work, how will the bills get paid? We make sure you're
protected with company-provided disability coverage. In most cases,
you'll receive 60% of your paycheck up to $1,357 a week for the first 12
weeks you're unable to work, then 60% if you're still unable to return to
work.
We also provide 2x salary life insurance at no cost, providing peace of
mind and ensuring your family is protected.
Financial protection
Plan now for the life you'll want in retirement; we'll help you get there with
a company match.
Choose either traditional (pre-tax) or Roth (post-tax) and we'll match
100% of the first 4% you contribute.
