The IRS limits for investing in 2024 are $22,500 for anyone under the ageof 50, $30,000 for anyone over the age of 50, and $45,000 for anyonewithin three years of normal retirement age.If an employee has outside qualified retirement assets, they can choose toroll them into the 457(b) plan.
