Select the member you want an ID card for from the drop-down menu, click Get ID Card, then print or save.In- and out-of-network claimsThings to remember: If your vision provider is in-network: You don’t need to submit a claim form or voucher. Lincoln VisionConnect plan members are supported through the Spectera vision network — simply identify yourself as a Spectera customer when you visit your provider, and their oce will process the claim.
