Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Save tax dollars and receive an advanced loan to assist with qualifiedexpenses with an FSA. Determine your per paycheck contribution in thebeginning of the year, and then spend those funds on qualified healthexpenses or dependent care expenses as needed before the plan yearends.Pre-tax accountsThe information shown in this guide is an illustrative summary only. We provide time away torelax, recharge, and take care of your lifeoutside of work. All Salaried Exempt employees (Corporate& Retail) are on a Flexible PTO Policy. Ourhourly employees are eligible to accrue upto 16 days of PTO up to a maximum accrualof 1.5x annual to 24 days. Additionally, ourFull-time Retail team members will bereceiving an annual grant of 72 hours ofpaid sick leave on January 1 of each year,up to a maximum annual cap of 72 hours.Time away from workMedical coverageChoose from three medical plans: two Cigna PPOs and one Kaiser HMO(CA only). Our plans use either the Cigna Open Access Plus Network orthe Kaiser HMO Network (CA only) and cover in-network preventive careat 100%.
